Edible Insects in Sustainable Food Systems

This text provides an important overview of the contributions of edible insects to ecological sustainability, livelihoods, nutrition and health, food culture and food systems around the world. Air Susu Ibu (ASI) memberikan perlindungan terhadap pathogen dengan memberikan zat antibakteri danmanti virus yang merangsang system kekebalan tubuh pada bayi sehingga bayi yang disusui rentan terhadap penyakit. Bayi yang mendapatkan ASI eksklusif umumnya akan mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat pada umur 2-3 bulan, namun lebih lambat dibandingkan bayi yang mendapat ASI non eksklusif. ASI eksklusif mendukung pertumbuhan bayi selama 6 bulan pertama sehingga status gizi mencapai normal. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan merupakan proses yang terjadi pada makhluk hidup. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang maksimal dipengaruhi oleh proses yang dicapai sejak dalam kandungan hingga dewasa. Pertumbuhan adalah bertambahnya ukuran fisik dan stuktur tubuh dalam arti sebagian atau seluruhnya karena adanya multiplikasi (bertambah banyak) sel-sel tubuh dan juga karena bertambah besarnya sel. Pertumbuhan dapat diukur dengan satuan berat dan panjang badan, sedangkan perkembangan merupakan peningkatan kemampuanstruktur dan fungsi tubuh yang lebih kompleks dalam pola yang teratur serta dapat diramalkan sebagai hasil dari proses pematangan.

Sastra merupakan hasil karya seni manusia yang mempersoalkan masalah-masalah manusia dan kemanusian. Karya sastra dapat menjadi wadah bagi sastrawan untuk menyampaikan ide dan gagasannya tentang kehidupan manusia.
